Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

1.1 Global Reach: We offer shipping to virtually any address worldwide. However, please note that certain products may be subject to restrictions or have limitations on international shipping.

1.2 Order Estimation: Upon placing an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the selected shipping options. These estimates will be displayed on the shipping quotes page, contingent upon the shipping provider chosen.

1.3 Weight-Based Shipping Rates: Many of our products are subject to weight-based shipping rates. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.

 

2. Indemnification:

2.1 Mutual Protection: You will indemnify, maintain indemnification, us, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liability incurred or suffered by you or us arising from any claim, demand, suit, action, or proceeding by any person against you or us, where such loss or liability resulted from your conduct or breach of this Agreement.

 

3. Supply and Delivery of Goods:

3.1 Product Delivery: Subject to this Agreement, we will provide the goods listed on your order confirmation. We will make every effort to meet the specified delivery timeframes, but we cannot guarantee their exact fulfilment.

3.2 Signature Required for Deliveries: In some cases, a signature may be necessary for deliveries. You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to accept delivery. We will not be held liable for late deliveries where an attempted delivery has occurred on or before the specified timeframes, or for deliveries that have occurred and a parcel has been signed for, regardless of whether you have personally accepted delivery.

 

4. Change of Mind Returns:

4.1 Compliance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: We handle returns, refunds, and repairs in accordance with our obligations under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4.2. If you are seeking a return, refund, or repair, please note that the following conditions must be met:

4.2.1. Complete a Return Request form, which we will provide upon receiving your return enquiry.

4.2.1.2 Return the completed Return Authority form within seven days of the delivery of the purchased items.

4.2.2. The items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

4.2.3. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the destination indicated on the Return Authority. Additionally, you will be charged our supplier restocking fee, which is the greater of £20 or 10% of the value per label or brand.

4.3. If a return is approved under these circumstances, you will be required to follow our returns process. Generally, garments that have been decorated in any way will not be accepted for return.

4.4. A refund or store credit will only be issued once the above conditions have been met, our supplier warehouse has received and inspected the items, and they have passed the return inspection.

 

5. Defective Goods

5.1. Our goods are guaranteed under The Consumer Rights Act 2015, and you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and do not constitute a major failure.

5.2. Goods purchased from us may contain warranty documents on or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer. These warranty documents are not provided by us, and the rights you may have in relation to them are separate from any warranty rights given to you by us.

 

6. Return and Refund Process

6.1 Upon seeking a return on a product, kindly contact us at huk@headwear.uk.com. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will request a return enquiry form from you and initiate an investigation into your issue.

6.2 We will provide you with an update on whether your product is eligible for a return and will send you a Return Authority form containing the necessary details.

6.3 Please include the completed Return Authority form within the package you return within the specified timeframe.

6.4 Once you have shipped the return item, kindly email the shipping tracking number to huk@headwear.uk.com.

6.5 Upon receipt of the return item, our warehouse will inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defects. If we find a defect, we will provide a remedy for your goods. However, if we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspection (e.g., where the goods are not in an unused and perfect condition), we will reject your claim and return the goods to you. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.

6.6 We strive to process refunds and replacements within 14 days of receiving the original product. However, the processing time may vary depending on the specific item and the volume of returns in our system.
